MORE IN PRODUCTION NOW! ETA: End of October 2025
Having trouble with flying in or out? Can’t figure out why you end up a mile out—or right on top of yourself?
It’s because you’re not flying wings level!
You might think you are… but you probably aren’t.
That’s where the S.T.A.B. comes in. Purpose-built to be your electronic coach, it will instantly tell you if your wings are level—or not.
How It Works
The system comes with two units:
- Air unit – installs inside your plane, powered by a spare receiver port or a small 2S LiPo, and transmits real-time attitude data.
- Ground unit – sits on the flight line, processes the data, and gives you instant audible feedback.
Tone or Voice Coaching
- Tone mode – simple beeps when you drift past your roll tolerance.
- Voice mode – clear callouts like “Roll Left” or “Roll Right” so you know exactly how to correct.
- Mute on demand – press the mute button to silence the system instantly.
Loud and Clear
- High volume – loud enough to be heard over engines and strong wind.
-
Low volume – quiet enough not to distract others nearby.
Simple Configuration – No Apps Needed
- Roll tolerance: ±5°, ±10°, or ±15° (works for upright, inverted, and KE)
- Output mode: Tone or Voice
- Volume: High or Low
- All settings are controlled by DIP switches — no apps or computers required.
Bonus Features
- System Ready Callout – announces “System Ready” when valid data is detected.
- Signal Lost Warning – if the link drops for more than 2 seconds, you’ll hear “Signal Lost” (normal operation resumes when the link returns).
- Flight Data Logging – the aircraft unit records data and is compatible with Flight Coach Plotter and Flight Coach Score.
Future-Proof
We’ve left room for more features in future updates, including expanded callouts, logging enhancements, and customization options.
